Norman Finkelstein in an interview that was widely distributed on the net this week slams the BDS movement for not being honest in stating its real goal which is the destruction of Israel.
In essence, Finkelstein says that the BDS movement is picking cherries--it wants to enfoce international law when it says Israel must remove the Jewish settlements and the territories in the West Bank, but not that part of international law which recognizes Israel's write to exist. In other words, Norman Finkelstein comes off as more right-wing than the BDS movment--and says that they always hide the fact that they really want to replace Israel, because they know that they will not have wide appeal if they are transparent about their real goals
